Free Soup

  • 6 cups beef, turkey or chicken stock (Fat Free)
  • 2 16 oz or 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 8 oz. baby carrots, sliced (half a 1 lb bag)
  • 1/2 sm head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 can green beans with juice
  • 1 T. dried oregano
  • 1 T. dried basil
  • 1 T. minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Cook onion, garlic and carrots in PAM in bottom of pan until soft.
  2. Add broth and remaining veggies.
  3. Grind herbs in palm of hand between thumb and fingers, stir in.
  4. Simmer until carrots reach desired doneness.
