- Break the cauliflower into small pieces
- toss with olive oil, garlic, salt & pepper and any other seasoning you want(cayenne or chili powder are good).
- Roast in 350 degree oven until brown.

I love any roasted veggie but I have never tried cauliflower. I bet it is simply yummy! :)
