- 1/2 bag frozen mixed veggies
- 1 c lentils
- 4 c veggie broth
- 1 can crushed tomatoes (with juice)
- garam marsala (Indian type spice)
Put veggies, tomatoes, lentils, & broth in crock pot. Add spices to taste. Cook on high 4 hours. You can sub some salsa for the tomatoes to add some spice.
