Lentil Veggie Soup in Crock pot

  • 1/2 bag frozen mixed veggies
  • 1 c lentils
  • 4 c veggie broth
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes (with juice)
  • garlic
  • pepper
  • garam marsala (Indian type spice)

Put veggies, tomatoes, lentils, & broth in crock pot. Add spices to taste. Cook on high 4 hours. You can sub some salsa for the tomatoes to add some spice.

I think I will try this tomorrow or Friday. I love lentils and using my crock pot makes it so easy. Thanks for the recipe.
