Homemade Taco Seasoning

You can use half of this recipe for one meal, and then store the rest in airtight container.

Also, this homemade taco seasoning is a little on the spicy side. You can adjust the recipe to your liking. And this is used just like the taco seasoning packets you can buy in the store, so you’ll need to add water to your meat mixture after adding the seasoning.

Ingredients:

* 2 tbsp. chili powder
* 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
* 1/2 tsp. onion powder
* 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
* 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
* 1 tsp. paprika
* 3 tsp. ground cumin
* 2 tsp. sea salt
* 2 tsp. black pepper

Directions:

In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together.

I have been wanting to make my own. The seasoning at the store is so expensive. Thanks

I've been making my own for years. I make up a big batch with ingredients I like and none of the filler or salts of ready made. And I can add all the cumin I want...giggle
Have a wonderul week,
