Guacamole

  • 4 ripe Haas avocados
  • 3 Tbs. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 8 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 1 small diced red onion
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. freshly grated black pepper
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded and small-diced

Cut the avocados in half, remove pits and scoop flesh out of shells and into a large bowl. Add next five ingredients and toss well. Using a sharp knife, slice through the avocados in the bowl until they are finely diced. Add the tomatoes. Enjoy!

I love Guacamole. I think I will try the Tabasco sauce this time instead of a jalapeno pepper. Have a fantastic Friday.
