Cheap Chili

  • 1 large can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 can of kidney beans
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1 pkg ground turkey

Cook the turkey in a pan, drain fat, then throw everything in a pot together and simmer. Season as desired.

I've thrown some cooked spinach in as well.
