- 1 chopped Bell Pepper
- 1 chopped Onion
- 2 Medium Tomatoes Chopped
- 1 Cup chopped Celery
- 1 Clove Garlic Crushed (I'll probably use two!)
- 2 tablespoons minced parsley
- 2 teaspoons thyme leaves
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon chilli pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups beef or chicken broth
- 4 oz smoked sausage (I use Turkey Sausage)
- 8 oz chicken breast
- 1/2 pound cooked shelled shrimp
