breakfast idea

1/2 apple grated
6-8 grapes cut in 1/2
1-2 T raisins
2-3 T say vanilla yogurt (or other vegan yogurt)
1/4 C quick oats
1 T flax seeds ground
cinnamon

mix it all and enjoy
