- 2 cups Reduced Fat Bisquick
- 3/4 cup fat-free buttermilk
- 1 cup fat-free cheddar cheese
- Topping:
- 2 Tbsp. Fat-free margarine
- 1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. Garlic powder
Melt topping ingredients in the microwave. Brush on biscuits as soon as they come from the oven.

Cheese biscuits are actually one of the best biscuits for me! It makes me feel like I am eating melting cheese. So delicious.
