- 1 pkg (1 pound) boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 16oz can Tomato Sauce
- 1 16oz can Black Beans, lightly drained
- 1 16oz can Fiesta (or sweet) Corn, drained
- 1 cup Green Pepper, chopped
- 1 cup Onion, diced
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Tabasco Pepper Sauce
- salt to taste
Spray a casserole dish with Pam. Cut up the chicken into bite size pieces. Mix all the ingredients together well in the casserole dish.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook for one hour.
