- 1 c of tomatoes
- 2 cups of lettuce
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 cup of celery
- 2 TBSP of hot sauce or wing sauce (more to taste)
- 1 tsp of Olive oil
- 2 TBSP of fat free ranch or blue cheese salad dressing
- 6 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
- salt and pepper to taste.
You can also add 1/4 c of fat free cheese instead of previously mentioned items above and get 7 pts.
