Salsa Chicken

You can't get much easier than this!

Put frozen chicken breast into crock pot.
Cover with salsa.

Cook for 7 or 8 hours, or until done.

You can pull the chicken apart and use it for sandwiches, or you can use this as a topping for rice, or potatoes.

The only points are for the chicken and whatever you have it with.

The first time I made this I thought, there is no way I will like it. BUT I loved it! The salsa does something special with the chicken, it marinates and tenderizes and makes it all yummy! Thanks for reminding me! :D
