Potato Bread

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2/3 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup Better'n'Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-calorie margarine
  • 3 cups Gold Medal Bread Flour
  • 1/2 cup potato flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Spoonable Equal® sweetener
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
Add the ingredient to the machine according to manufacturer's directions. Select the basic white bread cycle.

Fiber Grams: 0.9
