Clean Eating Hummus

Ingredients:
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 c. canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/3 c. tahini
  • Juice of two lemons
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation:

Place all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse for a few minutes until well blended. Adjust seasonings. Transfer to a serving bowl.

Nutritional information per 1 Tbsp. serving:

Calories: 35, protein: 1 g., carbs: 4 g., fat: 1 g.
