Very Vegetable Salsa

Ingredients

* 3 Large Tomatoes
* 3 cans chopped black olives
* 2 cans chopped green chiles
* 1 bunch of green onions
* 1 tbsp vinegar
* 1 roasted galic cloves


Directions

1. Chop the tomatoes into small 1/4 inch chunks and add to a large mixing bowl.
2. Add the green chiles and olives.
3. Chop the green onions into small rings and add to the bowl.
4. Add vinegar and roasted garlic to taste.
5. Mix together fully and refrigerate for one hour to allow all the flavors to meld.
6. That's it!
