Power Salad Recipe

Ingredients

* 2 c romaine lettuce or spinach
* 1/2 red bell pepper
* 1 chopped tomato or 1./2 c cherry tomatoes
* 1/2 c broccoli
* 1/4 c onion
* 1 small apple
* 1 avocado
* 1/4 c walnuts
* 1/4 c raisins
* 1 clove garlic
* Salad dressing of your choice.

Directions

1. Chop all vegetables.
2. Rub the clove of garlic around a large bowl to coat.
3. Toss all ingredients, and enjoy.

Yum! I love that little bit of sweet from chopped apple and crunch of toasted nuts in salad.
