* 1 chopped apple
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 1 tsp minced ginger
* 1 c chopped tomatoes
* 1 c red bell pepper
* 2 c raw corn, cut off of the cob
* 1 c onion
* 2 cups fresh squeezed orange juice
* sea salt and pepper to taste
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Serve cold or at room temperature.
