Zucchini Hash Brown Breakfast
- 1 cup grated zucchini
- 1 tbs grated onion
- 2 egss, slightly beaten
- salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder to taste
- Oil for frying
- Heat oil in a cast iron skillet.
- Mix all ingredients together in bowl and drop by heaping tablespoons into the hot oil.
- When brown on one side, turn and brown the other side.
- Stack on a plate and keep warm in oven
