Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 pounds fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
- 2 Tablespoons chopped toasted cashews, unsalted
Preparation:
Steam the asparagus in a metal steamer over boiling water for about 6 to 7 minutes. Drain.Combine asparagus with sesame oil, lemon juice, marjoram, and cashews. Serve.
