Monday Mumblings

Well I restarted my diet three days ago on Saturday. I am doing well. I am doing my best to stick to the diet and so far I am succeeding. I am enjoying creating new and interesting scrambled eggs for breakfast. I choose random veggies and cheeses and meats and add them to my eggs. It is lots of fun. Tonight I am making Pork Chops and Roasted Vegetables for supper. I am really looking forward to that.
