Before I get to the real post, I need to thank you guys. You have no idea how much your support meant to me when I was having a rough time. I am touched by your help, your hints, your advice and your concern. Thank you guys.
So, I am thinking I need a change. I need a break from counting points for a while. And I would like to make things for supper that both Prince Charming and I will eat. Who knows maybe he will be able to lose a little too. So, I am thinking of changing to WW Core. At least for a while. I am going to be getting groceries on Wednesday and the plan is to take my Core list with me and just get things off that list for the most part. I think it could be nice to change it up.
Another change I am making is I am changing my workouts so that I am doing more cardio and less strength training. The new goal being cardio three times a week and strength training two times a week.
So talk to me. Tell me your thought on it and on me changing. Do you have any tips to share? Do you have any recipes?

Hey. I think core is really gonna work for ya! The plan they have me on in this 10-week-challenge is pretty much core with one cheat day. Here is a site with lots of core recipes:

It might be perfect for you. I tried it awhile back and well, I didn't make it a week. I have to be able to eat everything just smaller portions. Counting calories works great for me with one free day per week.. :-) Some people love Spark People!
On the exercise I think that is a great change! I do walking 6 days per week, with Leslie included..lol and only 2 days strength training and that seems to work great!

I think it will do you wonderful... I think I would join WW.. I think the meetings for you would be such movitation. You could probably be a leader after a while.
