On a happier note, I am feeling good foodwise. I have some veggie ground beef that I am going to do something with for supper, but I have no idea what. I am soooo sick of chicken. I have eaten it every day pretty much for the last 2 or 3 months and I am at the point that I would rather eat old dirty socks than bite into another chicken breast. So, on grocery day, I am going to look for more veggie meats to add to my diet. I would kill for a nice big juicy steak all of my own. MMMmmmmm. . . . my mouth is watering just thinking about it. I NEVER crave red meat, I hardly ever eat it, but I will tell you something I could eat the heck out of real hamburger today. This is just so silly. Hopefully my veggie ground meat will help to satisfy my cravings.
Here are a few success stories to motivate you far more than my issues will, LOL.
- Sharon's Weight Loss Success--great page with her story, tips, Before and After height and weight chart, and progress graphs.
- Determined Dana--Just two years ago, when Dana bent over to tie her shoes, she could hardly breathe. Today, she feels the strongest she's ever been.
I guess that is all for today. Have a great day everyone, be good, have fun and happy dieting!

Hun, why don't you just go buy some beef and have a small steak or something for like 4-5pnts? I know it wont be like huge, but it would kill the craving.
Ground turkey is excellent for making things like burgers and meatloaf and stuff - you should try that too. I love it.
I hope you're feeling better soon, and don't beat yourself up over not going to the gym, you're sick.. you'll go as soon as you're feeling better. For now just lay down, drink lots and rest.
Hey, thanks for the success stories. I love 'em. They always help me to see that I'm not the only one out there with A LOT of weight to lose.
I saw that you like to digital scrapbook. Do you use a certain program? Tell me more......... I am not creative at all, and I scrapbook with a friend who is really good, but I don't know anything about digital.
Hope you feel better. Just wait until you're better.......then you'll kick some butt at the gym.
Don't know whether you get it over there, but we use Quorn mince quite a lot. It soaks up the flavours of whatever you're cooking wiith it, so it's ideal for chilli, lasagne, shepherd's pies etc
I agree with goobie, just eat some real meat. and count the points. Or even a burger. That is the beauty of WW, you can have what you want, as long as you count the points. I lost 85 pounds doin that, so I know it does work!
It depends on the state some states she’d have to be more than four years older than him.
Other ideas than chicken.
1. Canned tuna “Honey mustered or low fat mayo”
2. Chick peas great in salad
3. Veggie hot dogs
4. Salad “With 1 cup of cooked pasta”
5. Veggie bacon
6. Lean beef
7. Venison is very lean.
8. Canned soup
9. Turkey ham “Tastes like ham” is a lunchen meat though so has nitrates.
10. Vegetrain chili
11. Salmon
12. Shrimp
13. Veggies and low fat dip tray, with fruit and cheese or maybe a sandwhich“A hot day dinner”
yes, i agree, i don't know how many points it would be but 2-3oz of really nice lean cut of steak would be a neat treat for you and hubby, with plently of steamed veggies w/ fresh lemon.mmm. and, have you tried baby menthol bath soak? just close the shower curtain, put on the steam, and pour it in. nice relief :) feel better soon, and remember, if u are sick you are more likely to injure yourself, or be less able to repair after exertion, and you need air for cardio, so, just relax :) jess
If you are craving beef, your body is needing it. As long as you count your points or have it on a free day it won't hurt you. I eat real lean hamburger, lean steak, etc. all the time, I just make sure it fits in my day.. :-)
