Quick and Easy Enchilada sauce

1 - 8 ounce can tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 1/2 tablespoone chili powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

combine all ingredients in a saucepan until well mixed. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened.
