Bean salad

Ingredients

1 tin of mixed beans, drained and rinsed
grated vegetables (eg carrot, rutabaga or yellow turnip, celeriac, beetroot)
fresh chopped herbs
dressing of olive oil and lemon with a dash of tamari

Method

Combine the beans and vegetables with the herbs and pour on the dressing.
