Aduki Beans with red onion and corn salsa

Serves 2

1 can 175g net weight of Aduki beans drained
80g organic sweet corn
75g red onion finely chopped
2 tablespoon cider vinegar
Handful Parsley chopped

Mix all the ingredients together and serve.
