Boardwalk Fries

Ingredients
4 cup turnips (daikon, cut into french fry size)
1/4 cup soy flour (seasoned)
salt
pepper
peanut oil
old bay seasoning
Method
1 Heat oil to 375 degrees.
2 Fry in batches for about 10 minutes.
3 Drain on paper towels.
4 Season with Old Bay.

Serves: 5
