- cook some lentils, pour in half a can of tomato sauce, and some chili powder and cumin.
- Shredd some lettuce, chopped some tomatoes, and thawed some frozen peas.
- Put it all in a bowl with a little bit of Daiya cheese (a vegan 'cheese' made from tapioca starch) and salsa.
