kale and broccoli

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons grated ginger (fresh or frozen)
2 large cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
Juice of 1 orange
2 teaspoons soya sauce
8 or more leaves of kale, finely chopped
1 head broccoli, in bite-sized pieces
1 teaspoon chilli sauce
½ teaspoon sesame oil (optional)

METHOD
1. Heat a large cast iron or non-stick frying pan. Add
the ginger, garlic, orange zest and orange juice. Cook over medium
heat for a couple of minutes.
2. Add the broccoli and cover with a lid. Cook for
another couple of minutes.
3. Add the kale, cover again, and cook until the
broccoli is tender.
4. Turn the heat off, add the soya sauce (and sesame oil
if using), and serve.
