Napa Cabbage Salad with Peanut Dressing

Ingredient List

Serves 4

* 3 Tbs. smooth peanut butter
* 3 Tbs. rice wine vinegar
* 1 Tbs. low-sodium soy sauce
* 1 Tbs. brown rice syrup
* 1 Tbs. roasted sesame oil
* 2 tsp. minced fresh ginger
* 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes


* 4 cups shredded napa cabbage
* 1 small red bell pepper, sliced (about 1/2 cup)
* 1 large carrot, coarsely grated
* 3 green onions, sliced (about 1/4 cup)


1. To make Dressing: Whisk together all ingredients in bowl.
2. To make Salad: Toss all ingredients with dressing in serving bowl.
