* 1 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
* 3/4 cup chopped apple
* 1/4 cup apple juice
* 2 tablespoons maple syrup
* 1 teaspoon lemon juice
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
* 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
