Crockpot Spaghetti Roast

  • 1 medium rump roast, trimmed
  • 1 1 lb, 10 oz jar spaghetti sauce(I use Ragu Light
  • Tomato & Basil(no sugar added)
  • 6 cups cooked spaghetti(9 oz. dry)*
Put roast in crockpot, cover with spaghetti sauce, and cook on low about 7 hours,
or high about 5 hours. Serve over spaghetti.

Per Serving: 284.8 Cal, 8.2g Fat, 5.2g Fiber

If you have 1 cup spaghetti, it becomes 7 points per serving.
