- 3.5 Ounces of Shitake Mushrooms (about the average grocery store package size, but it doesn't have to be exact)
- Juice of ½ Lemon
- 1 Large Clove Garlic, minced (preferably in a garlic press, if possible)
- 1½ Tsp Olive Oil
- Sea Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
