Marinade for chicken

  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
Marinade the chicken for four hours and cooked it on the grill. Delicious.
