- 1- 15 oz. Can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 Clove Garlic, minced
- Juice of One Lemon
- 1 Tbsp Tahini
- ½ Tsp Cumin
- ½ Tsp Sea Salt
- ¼ Tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Fresh, Ripe Tomato, chopped
- 1 Small Can of Corn Niblets, drained
Combine all ingredients, except tomato and corn, in a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and fold in tomato and corn. Serve. Keep refrigerated.
