Banana Oatmeal Cookies

  • 2 cups gfcf oatmeal
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 over-ripe bananas
  • 3/4-1 cup applesauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • cinnamon
  • may also add raisins, peanut butter, etc.
Mix all ingredients together. Drop cookies on baking sheet and bake 20-25 minutes at 375.
