- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 10 oz can of mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 TBSP apricot/orange fruit spread (homemade of bought if you can find gfcf one)
- 1 TBSP spicy brown mustard
- Dash of cayenne
Cook all ingredients over low heat for 10 minutes.
I'm having this for lunch with a sweet potato.
