Spicy Mandarin Chickpeas

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 10 oz can of mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 TBSP apricot/orange fruit spread (homemade of bought if you can find gfcf one)
  • 1 TBSP spicy brown mustard
  • Dash of cayenne

Cook all ingredients over low heat for 10 minutes.

I'm having this for lunch with a sweet potato.
