Oatmeal Pancake
- 1/2 cup uncooked gfcf oatmeal
- 4 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Stevia packet ( i use sweatleafe stevia)
- Mix
- Cook like pancake
- Add 1 TBS peanut or Nut butter of your choice, and fruit to it if you like... Banana's are great with it...
- Enjoy...
