Oatmeal Pancake

  • 1/2 cup uncooked gfcf oatmeal
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Stevia packet ( i use sweatleafe stevia)
  1. Mix
  2. Cook like pancake
  3. Add 1 TBS peanut or Nut butter of your choice, and fruit to it if you like... Banana's are great with it...
  4. Enjoy...
