LOW CARB gluten free dairy free Lemon Chicken Marinade

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tsp salt or seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion powder or 1 1/2 Tbsp grated onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp sweet basil
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. Pour over bonelss chicken breasts or thighs, or put marinade and chicken in a ziploc bag.
3. Marinate at least 30 minutes; preferable 6-8 hours or overnight.
4. Cook on the grill!
