- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 tsp salt or seasoned salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder or 1 1/2 Tbsp grated onion
- 1 1/2 tsp sweet basil
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 2 minced garlic cloves
2. Pour over bonelss chicken breasts or thighs, or put marinade and chicken in a ziploc bag.
3. Marinate at least 30 minutes; preferable 6-8 hours or overnight.
4. Cook on the grill!
