Bacon Wrapped Scallops

ingredients

* 6 slices streaky bacon
* 12 scallops, rinsed and drained
* 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Cut the bacon slices in half and wrap each half around a scallop. Use a cocktail stick to secure in place.
3. Drizzle lemon juice over scallops. Place on a baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Serve warm.

Super simple!!! And looks super duper yummmmmmmieeeee!!! Can't wait to try!!! I've never cooked with scallops before...anything I should know first?

The thing about scallops is that they don't take long to cook. So the amount of time that the bacon takes is all you need.
