Meat Paprika

1 pkg ground meat, browned
1 can of consomme
garlic powder to taste
chopped onions- use your carb ladder for this one
1 - 3 tbsps of paprika
sour cream

Toss together in a pan and when consomme cooks down, add sour cream and stir til heated.
