- Hershey's cocoa (in the brown box) a couple of tablespoons
- Splenda to taste
- cream (enough to give a pasty texture)
- and flavoring of choice try vanilla and orange extract, or butter rum extract
- unsweetened coconut to roll the candy in
- Add sweetener to the cocoa, stir well (sweetener to taste)
- Add flavoring of choice (to taste)
- gradually add enough cream to make a paste like consistancy that can be formed into small balls.
- shape into balls and roll in coconut
- Refrigerate until firm OR just eat it!
Must be kept in refrigerator to avoid spoiling.
