- 1 large tomato, peeled, seeded and diced 1/4 inch
- 2 bell peppers, roasted, peeled and seeded
- 1 onion, oven-roasted for 30 to 40 minutes at 400 degrees
- 2 cloves garlic, oven roasted for 7 minutes
- 1 pinch thyme, dried
- 16 leaves basil, sliced
- 1 drop Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 cup vegetable stock
- 1 pinch salt
