1 cup oatmeal
½ cup fat free plain yogurt
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup splenda
1 teaspoon healthy oil (I used safflower)
Preheat oven to 350°
In a bowl add all ingredients and mix well.
Drop by soup spoons on to a well Pam Sprayed pan.
Bake for 20 minutes or longer if you want them more crisp.
I baked for 20 minutes and let set in the oven until cool.
Yield: 12 cookies
2 serving of 6 cookies each
