I found the diet I will follow once I have Maggie, my baby. I have been thinking about it and I know that I lose the most weight on Low Carb but I feel the healthiest when I am vegetarian and then I discovered, “Rose Elliot’s vegetarian low-carb diet”. And that is what I think I am going to do starting after I have the baby.
Come on in for a nice cup of coffee and a chat about my weight loss journey as well as all the healthy recipes I have found, including WW points and/or nutritional information if available. I am eating a vegetarian diet and concentrating on getting healthy and hopefully weight loss will follow. Thank to all my readers for their ongoing support.
