I have changed where I keep track of my diet stuff. I will be doing it here in this new home I have created. I posted all my old posts on this one as well so that everything can be kept together.

Food for today:
  • 5 points--raisin biscuit
  • 2 points--granola bar
  • 4 points--small Wendy's chili
  • 0 points--small side garden salad
  • 1 point--sugar free/fat free yogurt
  • 4 points--fish and veggies
  • 1 points--ww bread
  • 1 1/2 points--cookie
  • 1 points--yogurt
  • 1 1/2 points--cookie
  • 4 points--snack
  • 25 points--total points for Tuesday

Wow, good for you. I'm really impressed with your progress. I'm doing really well since I'm motivated to get healthy with our first grandchild coming in January.
