Today i am going to be completely alone in my house, until my baby comes home from day care. This weekend, Prince Charming is away volunteering with an event at the Boys and Girls Club in a town several hours away. So, the Little Princess and I will be all alone all weekend. I wonder how this will affect my eating habits. It has been so long since I have spent so much time alone, I am a little nervous. You would think that on the last night before he goes away for 4 days we would have spent the evening together. But no, I watched Big Brother and So You Think You Can Dance and he spent the evening surfing the web. We are such an old married couple. LOL. There is a comfort in knowing he is there though. So wish me a healthy weekend and good luck on my weigh-in tomorrow for my first Saturday Weigh-in. I hope I am in One-derland.

Good luck with your eating this weekend and your Saturday WI. I WI tomorrow too, I am nervous, my home scale has not been very nice.
When I am alone, I don't know if my eating is much different. But then again, I am never alone for the whole weekend.
I eat in secret (usually at night after Mr. Wonderful is asleep) so alone time is not a good thing for me. You are soooo close to one-derland that you can smell the skinny air. Got my fingers crossed that you make it the transition this week.
Check out my cartoon, it's probably the only way I'll get there. (ha!)

I'm actually better when I'm alone - I'm free to make my own choices, and make what I want.
I would recommend coming up with meal ideas ahead of time - and if possible, making them ahead of time so you don't have to even think about it during the weekend - makes things easier.
Good luck and enjoy the alone time!!
I am sending you healthy vibes this weekend.
First off...Good luck tomorrow! Your first WI wahooOOoo!
Now about eating alone...I actually find myself eating really healthy when he is gone. I usually buy chicken, and then cook one piece every night on the George Foreman grill with a veggie and salad. I mix it up a little, but I stick to that because it's a fast, easy, healthy meal. My husband was gone last month on a trip for 5 days, and those 5 days felt like 2. Don't get me wrong, I love my man dearly, but it was also nice to have "me" time.
BTW we are an old married couple too. We still get out and do things, but when we are home I am either on the computer or watching my reality tv, and he is on his computer or watching poker. It works for us.
I tend to binge on food that I'm not suppose to when I'm alone.
