Borlotti bean salad

Ingredients
Serves 1

1 tin of borlotti beans
a few handfuls of baby spinach leaves
1 handful of pumpkin seeds
2 carrots, grated
a dressing of olive oil, tamari and lemon juice

Method

Combine the ingredients in a bowl and add the dressing.
