Easy meal idea

1 cup cooked and seasoned black beans (seasoned with cumin, garlic, onion and chili powder)
1 cup cooked sweet potato
a little nutitional yeast
a tbsp or so of salsa

This is just wonderful as the sweet potato adds some creaminess and sweetness to it.
