Raspberry Almond Oatmeal

Raspberry Almond Oatmeal

Makes enough for 2.

* 1 cup rolled oats
* 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
* 1/4 cup flaked coconut
* 1/4 cup chopped Almonds
* 1/2 cup raspberries
* 1 Tbsp maple syrup


1. Mix together the oats, flax, coconut, berries and Almonds in a bowl.
2. Pour enough water to cover, and leave them to soak 1 hour, or overnight.
3. In the morning, stir in the maple syrup.
