Margarita Chicken

  • 1/4 cup orange juice juice and zest of one lime
  • 2 Tbls tequila ¼ tsp hot pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp cumin 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 T oil (recipe called for canola, I used olive)

Mix together and marinade your chicken, then grill. The original recipe called for thighs, but breast are of course better (tasting and points). It was yummy!
